- Check whether the plug is plugged in properly and the wall socket is live.
- Check whether the power switch on the Tovertafel is turned on.
- Check whether the LED indicator is illuminated. If not, the unit does not have power.
- Check the batteries of the remote control.
- Check for an audible beep within moments of switching on the unit. If you do not hear a beep, please contact the service department.
- Check whether there is a light in the lens a few minutes after you've switched on the unit. Note: do not look directly into the lens.
